Due to the nature of AI video generation services and immediate GPU computing costs, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available under the following conditions:
✓ Refundable Within 7 Days
For completely unused credit packages. If you haven't used any credits from your purchased package, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- ✗Partially Used Packages: Once any portion of a credit package is used for video generation, the entire package becomes non-refundable.
- ✗Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed to generate videos cannot be refunded due to immediate allocation of GPU computing costs.
- ✗After 7 Days: Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible, regardless of usage.
Why This Policy?
VideoCreator uses AI video generation powered by Seedance 1.5 Pro, which requires significant GPU computing resources. These costs are incurred immediately when:
- • You generate a video (credits are consumed)
- • A credit package is purchased (GPU resources are reserved)
This cost structure means we cannot offer refunds once credits have been used, even partially. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
System Failures & Technical Errors
If a technical error prevents video generation:
- •Credit Restoration: Credits will be automatically restored to your account
- •No Questions Asked: If generation fails due to a system error, you keep your credits
This applies to actual system failures, not to user cancellations or content rejected due to policy violations.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible purchase, please email our support team with:
- 1Your Account Email (the one used for the subscription)
- 2A screenshot of your receipt or proof of purchase
- 3Reason for the refund request
Response Time: We typically respond to refund requests within 24-48 hours during business days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current active cycle or used credits.
