Credit-Based System
VideoCreator operates on a credit-based system:
- •Free Trial: We provide 50 free credits valid for 30 days for all new users to trial our services. No credit card is required to start.
- •Credit-Based System: VideoCreator operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed when you generate videos using our AI video generation engine.
- •Purchase: Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page or via subscription plans.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation will stop all future automated renewals.
User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines
As a VideoCreator user, you are responsible for:
- •Legal Content: Ensuring all generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations. You retain full responsibility for the legality of your generated content.
- •Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- •Prohibited Uses: You may not use our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
- •No Abuse: You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service's operation.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but please note:
- •Availability: VideoCreator is provided "as is" and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
- •Third-Party Services: Our platform utilizes professional AI models, including Seedance 1.5 Pro and Wan 2.1. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions or quality fluctuations caused by these third-party providers.
- •No Warranties: We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of our service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoCreator and FantasyLabs Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
